1. Data Collection
SysInfo Pro does not collect, sell, or share personal information.
The application is designed to operate locally on your device. Core diagnostics, health reports, hardware details, startup tools, driver checks, SMART disk health, process actions, and troubleshooting suggestions do not require sending personal data to external servers.
2. Local Data Usage
SysInfo Pro accesses system information such as hardware details, performance metrics, Windows configuration, storage health, network information, battery details, driver information, process information, security status, and startup entries using Windows system interfaces.
- All diagnostic data is processed locally on your device.
- Live data is shown in the app for display and troubleshooting purposes.
- Exported reports and snapshots are saved only where the user chooses to save them.
- Privacy Mode can hide sensitive identifiers in supported summaries and exports.
- Snapshot comparison reads user-selected local JSON snapshot files and compares them on the device.
- Process tools use local Windows process data to show, terminate, or open process locations when requested.
3. Internet Usage
SysInfo Pro does not require an internet connection for core diagnostic functionality.
Internet access may be used only for user-requested actions such as opening the Microsoft Store page, visiting Funmakerz links, or using network diagnostic tools like DNS lookup, ping, traceroute, and local network checks.
4. Permissions
Some features may require Administrator privileges to access deeper Windows information such as BitLocker, TPM, driver, SMART disk, startup, or security data.
These permissions are used only to read system information locally and are not used to transmit or share data.
5. Third-Party Services
SysInfo Pro does not include third-party analytics, tracking tools, or advertising services.
External links, such as the Microsoft Store and Funmakerz website, open in the user's browser when selected.
6. Pro Tools and Actions
Pro Tools are fully free and run locally unless the user explicitly starts an action that uses Windows networking or opens an external link.
- Startup manager reads startup entries and may remove supported entries only when the user requests it.
- Driver checker reads installed driver package details from Windows.
- SMART disk health reads physical disk health data exposed by Windows.
- Network tools run user-requested commands such as ping, DNS lookup, traceroute, adapter info, and local scan.
- Export tools create local files in selected formats such as HTML, JSON, TXT, CSV, and PDF-ready HTML.
7. Data Sharing
Since SysInfo Pro does not collect personal data, no personal data is shared with third parties by the application.
8. Reports and Snapshots
Reports, snapshots, exported files, and copied summaries are created only when requested by the user. Users are responsible for choosing where exported files are saved and with whom they are shared.
9. Privacy Mode
Privacy Mode is designed to reduce accidental exposure of sensitive values such as usernames, serial numbers, MAC addresses, Windows keys, and other identifiers in supported summaries and exports. Users should still review exported files before sharing them publicly.
